Product Description
3M Scotch-Weld Hot Melt Adhesives liquify when heated and quickly fill gaps and wet the bonding surface. Applied to only one surface, they cool, harden, and reach bond strength in seconds. You can move assemblies immediately and eliminate clamps, fixturing, and drying time. Unlike mechanical fasteners and sealing tapes, hot melt adhesive is virtually invisible between the mating surfaces.
Letters usually refer to the type of gun used for the particular stick
3747: A general purpose hot melt adhesive for bonding most plastics, wood and light gauge metal. It offers good heat resistance, good impact resistance, flexibility and has a high delivery rate with a moderate bonding range.
3738: Used to manually seal corrugated cartons, cases and packaging
3792LM: (LM = Low Melt); a clear, general purpose hot melt adhesive for product assembly. It features a long bonding range, good heat resistance, and good adhesion to many plastics and wood; similar in performance to Scotch-Weld Hot Melt Adhesive 3792.

Designed for use with the 3M EPX Plus II Applicator. The applicator comes with 3 different, re-useable plungers for the various Duo-Pak mixing ratios. Nozzles are disposable and are sold separately.

DP110 (1:1) is a general purpose, fast setting (9 min.), flexible epoxy with excellent shock and peel strength
DP190 (1:1) is a general purpose, slow setting (90 min.), flexible epoxy with excellent shock and peel strength
DP601 (1:1) is a general purpose, rapid setting (1-2 min.) polyurethane adhesive
DP8005 (10:1) is a structural adhesive for plastics, fast setting (2-3 min.) acrylic adhesive
DP8010 (10:1) is a structural adhesive for plastics, fast setting (10 min.) acrylic adhesive
DP810 (1:1) is a general purpose toughened structural adhesive, fast setting (10 min.) low-odor acrylic adhesive
