Let us now understand the process of manufacturing stainless steel round bars. These bars are manufactured by two processes, cold finished or hot finished process. These bars are produced with the help of a blast furnace. Carbon electrodes placed within the furnace are aligned to make contact with molybdenum, nickel and nitrogen at a very high temperature.  Once the blast furnace reaches an optimum temperature, the different elements fuse to produce one metal alloy. Then the metal alloy is introduced into an argon vessel where the de-carbonization process takes place. Casting of the alloy is started once it is placed within the argon vessel. The steel is then molded to give the desired shape.
