Encased in a heavy duty blow molded kit. It is a victor style kit. Kit can be used for welding, soldering, cutting, gauging, heating, hardfacing, and other applications. Includes combo torch handle and spanner oxygen regulator with acetylene regulator welding tips: #0, #2 and #4. Also includes: cutting tip # 2, heating tip, welding goggles, tip cleaner spark lighter and twin 15 foot welding hose combo torch with handle.

Quick shippment. Good basic package for starting out. Not the best and not the worst. Works great.

Pretty marginal quality. Cutting torch was non functional and a new one was sent and received and hopefully will work. Took quite a while for the original order (over two weeks)to get it. But face it; buy cheap, get cheap.

The title says it all. As received, a thumbscrew for one of the regulators was missing, goggles were scratched, cutting torch was disassembled, and one of the regulator gauges was loose. eTools quickly replaced the missing and damaged items, and after some tightening of components, it does seem to work OK. Still, given the sloppy assembly and packaging, I have little confidence in the long-term quality of this product.
