		<description>Yes. Many off roaders keep thin rod for fixing their toys while out in the boondocks. It works in a pinch. You have to keep the arc away from the battery of course since it will have some hydrogen gas in it from charging. Never do it while your motor is running since the surge may take out your alternator.</description>
