		<description>Wine gas is usually an argon-nitrogen mix.  
This gas will not prevent a wine from spoiling (ie: tasting like vinegar).  It will, however, prevent it from oxidizing.</description>

		<description>That should work - 100% argon would be better but both are used in wineries to blanket wines from oxygen.  And there&#039;s no reason to store the wine on it&#039;s side once it&#039;s opened - that&#039;s only for long term aging.  Another way is to keep an empty half bottle laying around and pour the leftovers into there to reduce the head space.</description>
